Fish in Tomato Sauce with Rice

Method

   Cook the Karoon basmati rice according to the package instructions.

   Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.

   Add the paprika powder and crushed tomatoes.

   Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.

   Add the fish and let simmer gently for 8 minutes.

6. 06

   Sprinkle with basil and serve with the rice.
